Managing Director’s update

As a leading Australian systems integrator of IP telephony and Contact Centre solutions, customer service and customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do every day. This is something everyone at GlobalConnect strives for with their responsibilities.

Over the past year we made a commitment internally to develop and refine our initiatives and processes, making the needs of our customers the highest priority, with an increased focus on relationships. I am pleased to advise in a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent organisation on behalf of Avaya, GlobalConnect scored highly. Thank you to the customers who have recognised our efforts, demonstrated in the positive results you have experienced. The ongoing service we provide is my commitment to continuing to develop our business, maintaining and building on our superior customer-centric practices.

Our customers and partners alike have noticed the renewed energy within GlobalConnect and we are seeing an increase in the number of recommendations our customers make to other organisations. Added to this, the feedback we receive tells us our innovative communications solutions and early return on investment is well aligned with the business objectives of the customers we work with.

Existing customers and also some new have implemented the tailored solutions we design for their specific needs - one such customer is BMC Software. The attendees to our recent road shows in Melbourne and Sydney will remember Sandy of BMC Software sharing the benefits of their relationship with GlobalConnect. Recently we closed our financial year (in line with Avaya’s financial year) and I am pleased to report that we grew the business year on year. For this I would like to thank our customers who continue to show their trust in GlobalConnect. We are currently providing solutions and support to some of the leading international and organisations and as majority of the systems are mission-critical, our 24 X 7 X 365 day help desk continues to ensure we are always there – Anywhere, Anyhow, Anytime – supporting your business around the clock.
