MD Update
Here at GlobalConnect, we have been working on proven solutions, such as Avaya Voice Portal, Predictive Dialing and other solutions to help our customers and over the last few weeks I have met many of whom are excited to hear the potential of our innovative solutions which they see will help them achieve their objectives and deliver results with a clear ROI value proposition. Recently we announced our relationship with Verint, a solution provider in Quality monitoring, speech analytics, workforce management and other solutions which help companies deliver highly improved customer service. In the time GlobalConnect has been working with Verint, we have already deployed solutions for some of our customers, which has resulted in them achieving a ROI in a brief timeframe. We are also in detailed discussions with other leading technology partners. After extensive analysis we have selected certain premium vendors who we see value in forming a strategic alliance with as partners. I expect to announce these relationships very soon. As a customer focused organization, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Rockell as Client Engagement Manager. In this role Chris will work closely with our customers in relation to their services related requirements. Chris comes with many years of experience in the ICT industry and I am confident that our customers will see great value in Chris and his role. More on Chris later in the newsletter.
